SYH
is based on the scientific fact that
our nervous system controls the function
of virtually every cell, tissue, organ
and system of the body.
One of the greatest benefits of SYH
is self treatment. It is an extremely
effective yoga for total relaxation
and stress release. One is filled
with a sensation of peace, vitality
and joy, often combined with a pleasant
feeling of security and of being enclosed
in a fine sheath of spinal energy.
SYH affects each individual in a very
personal way, the result being determined
by the person who practices it.
Apart from the health benefits, SYH
is a system of self-development that
can help you realize this Oneness
within yourself, to know God in your
own experience through various Spinal
exercises. It can help you lead your
life in a strong, patient and healthy
way.

The
key to SYH is simplicity. The real
difference is in the Spinal process,
which the student experiences in the
various SYH classes.
During the SYH sessions, with a duration
of approx 7 hrs (4+3), spread over
a period of 2days, a series of three
spinal processes with different kriyas
are taught by the Yoga teacher. Ideally,
the process affects particular energy
centres, also known as spine channel
to enable the person to vibrate a
higher amount of Spinal Energy Force.
