Learning Spinal Yoga Healing (SYH)
The key to SYH is simplicity. The real difference is in the Spinal process, which the student experiences in the various SYH classes.
During the SYH sessions, with a duration of approx 7 hrs (4+3), spread over a period of 2days, a series of three spinal processes with different kriyas are taught by the Yoga teacher. Ideally, the process affects particular energy centres, also known as spine channel to enable the person to vibrate a higher amount of Spinal Energy Force.
